All physical books are printed on demand and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Please allow additional time for production prior to shipment, as production times may vary. Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand items, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or contains a printing defect.
If your order arrives damaged or contains a printing defect, please contact us through the Contact form on this website with your order details, a description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the defect.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
