Digital Products
All digital products are delivered via PDF download upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and refunds or exchanges are not offered. Files are for the exclusive use of the purchasing customer and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed.
Physical Products
All physical books are printed on demand. Due to the custom nature of these items, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or contains a printing defect.
If your order arrives damaged or contains a printing defect, please contact us through the Contact form on this website with your order details, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the defect. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
